Questions
Which sales tax rate do I use?
The combined rate for where the sale happens (state plus local). Your state’s revenue department publishes it. Leave sales tax off if you don’t collect it.
Can I change the country later?
Yes. Pick another country at the top of the form; the tax, labels and checks change with it.
